Look and feel
Before any programming or extensive work begins, I create mockups for approval. If we can not agree on a look and feel during mock up stage then client is released from contract and you will not be billed.
Hack
It is unfortunate that there are many out there that find great satisfaction in hacking another persons website. Since this is the case, I can not guarantee that your site will not be hacked even if it is running the most up to date version of a CMS. What I can guarantee is that I will take care of you if this happens. I will pull the most recent back up available and restore on current or new hosting services.
- Drupal or Wordpress: up to 6 months from final delivery of site
- Any other type of site: up to 3 months from final delivery of site
Broken site
Many factors play into how a website performs. Adding code or changing how a site looks can have small or large effects. If any glitches are found do to error on my part to cause your site to not look or interact correctly for your users within 3 months of delivery, I will fix free of charge.
